I just wanted to say a little thank you to my other half, Phil Kneen, who quite frankly, must have the patience of a saint. Not only does he have to put up with me in general, he even took on the challenge of teaching me about film photography and how to use my new camera.

Unfortunately, as I’m only a beginner, I’ve not been keen on using my camera in public. So I decided to photograph things closer to home for my first roll of 35mm film.- my two sons, Tyler and Jacob, and Phillip. I don’t think they were that keen on me taking their portraits, but I am thankful they did as I feel a lot more confident using my camera now. Plus Phil owes me, after all the pictures he’s taken of me other the past 6 months I think it’s only fair that I get to take his 🙂 Hopefully I can persuade a few friends to let me take their photos next…
